Called Midwest because our A/C stopped working and I had heard good things about this company. I called in the evening and was surprised when they said they could have someone out the next morning. Their technician, Phil, was very professional and friendly. In addition to fixing the problem he also gave some very helpful advice on how to make our system run more efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Midwest Comfort Solutions is a great company. My AC was ancient and needed to be replaced during a heat wave. They were so helpful and made sure I could make it through the heat. They are an honest company with very fair prices, answered all my questions and gave me their recommendations. The installers and techs were all very polite, knowledgable and respectful. I would recommend them hands down to any other company! I am so pleased with my new system.
I noticed on a very hot weekend day that the air coming out of my vents was much warmer than it should be, so I sent a message requesting service the next available weekday. I got a prompt response (within an hour, even though it was outside of their normal business hours and I made it clear that I didn't consider it an emergency) and arranged for someone to come out the following Monday between one and two. Bob knocked on my door at one o'clock exactly. I described what was going on, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Because my home HVAC system is getting pretty old (installed in 1989), he strongly recommended replacing it altogether. I let him know I was hoping to buy a little time before taking on that expense, and he was able to get my current system running again for what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Midwest Comfort Solutions when it comes time to do that replacement. Highly recommended.
