You never know what you’re going to get when you contact a service company. If you need hvac work, this company came through with flying colors for me. I’ve had this furnace for 17 years and no one ever mentioned it was a two stage furnace running on one stage, low. It always struggled when it got to zero or below. Once again, running on one stage, low.
To make a long story short, Bob was my technician. He setup the switches so the high stage would work. He pulled out the draft inducer assembly and found it was clogged, which created all kinds of problems.
He cleaned it all, reassembled, sealed up the joints with sealant, fired it up and it’s working perfectly.
My house hasn’t been this comfortable in 17 years. Thanks to Bob and Midwest Comfort Solutions.

We highly recommend Midwest Comfort Solutions. We recently experienced an issue with our furnace and were fortunate to get a recommendation to call Midwest. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to sent a technician, Phil, before noon. Phil was thorough in diagnosing the problem which was great because there were multiple issues. He provided a detailed quote and identified what were essential repairs and what were recommended but not absolutely necessary. The pricing for both labor and parts was very fair. Once we agreed on the work to be completed, Phil was able to get the needed parts in short order and completed the repair in the afternoon, even staying late on a Friday to make sure everything was working properly. The work performed was documented with photos, including the old and new parts. The final invoice was also detailed and matched the quote - no surprises or hidden fees! Both the telephone customer support and technician were very professional and transparent. Midwest Comfort Solutions will be our first call for any HVAC needs in the future. My system was in a total mess. Had multiple leaks . System was only 8 years old and still under warranty. Even though Midwest didn't do the initial install they warranted parts when they could and took charge.. Bill went above and beyond . Kevin and Bob are both knowledgable and professional. I can't begin to express how thankful I am that I was told about Midwest Comfort Solutions. My AC stopped working in a scorching heat wave. I, shamefully, called Four Seasons out of pure panic. They sent a tech out who didn't open up or look at anything and just asked how old my unit was and then proceeded to tell me I needed a new unit. I was beyond irritated, to say the least. I asked around and decided to give Midwest a shot and I could not be more happy about the whole experience. Phil came out and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He had the extra part in his van. Changed out the piece and cleaned my unit and I was back up and running in less than an hour at an awesome price. He took the time and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what he was doing. He was so incredibly polite and answered all my questions in depth and never once made me feel stupid. Midwest saved me about $10,000. They're super honest and incredibly transparent. I will be recommending them to everyone who needs a "guy". Thank you so much Phil! Midwest Comfort Solutions is a great company. My AC was ancient and needed to be replaced during a heat wave. They were so helpful and made sure I could make it through the heat. They are an honest company with very fair prices, answered all my questions and gave me their recommendations. The installers and techs were all very polite, knowledgable and respectful. I noticed on a very hot weekend day that the air coming out of my vents was much warmer than it should be, so I sent a message requesting service the next available weekday. I got a prompt response (within an hour, even though it was outside of their normal business hours and I made it clear that I didn't consider it an emergency) and arranged for someone to come out the following Monday between one and two. Bob knocked on my door at one o'clock exactly. I described what was going on, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Because my home HVAC system is getting pretty old (installed in 1989), he strongly recommended replacing it altogether. I let him know I was hoping to buy a little time before taking on that expense, and he was able to get my current system running again for what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling Midwest Comfort Solutions when it comes time to do that replacement. Highly recommended.
